This is an emergency poop bag packed in a compact capsule, about the size of a small pill. It comes in keychain form and also as a collar accessory that attaches directly to your dog's collar.

What we like

We like the security this product gives us. As dog owners we always want to pick up after Abby, and while Geneva does provide free dog poop bags around the city, sometimes we simply forget to grab them on the way out. Knowing we have a backup without having to get creative gives us peace of mind. It also looks compact and sleek, which is a bonus.

What we don't like

Honestly, because it looks so delicate we have been too scared to actually use it. Four months in and it is still pristine.

On top of that, while you can fold a regular poop bag to fit inside the capsule, it will never look as neat as the original. So if you want to keep the sleek look, you will need to buy refills, and they are not cheap. If your dog has a smaller collar, the accessory can also sit a little loose since the clip is designed for a standard collar width. Lastly, if your dog swims, some dirt and water will get into the capsule over time. It has not bothered us much but worth knowing.

How Abby uses it

Abby carries her emergency poop bag on her collar every day. Just in case.

Would we recommend it? Yes. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
