Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a Stripe receipt by email once your payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery times apply (2–3 business days within Switzerland, 5–14 business days to Europe).
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Switzerland typically arrive in 2–3 business days. Delivery to Europe usually takes 5–14 business days depending on your country.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Switzerland and all EU countries, plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, and North Macedonia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Switzerland. All other countries are CHF 1.00 flat rate.
Do you provide tracking?
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post B-Post letter format. Tracking is not available for this shipping method. If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days please contact us.

Our stickers are high-quality vinyl, weather resistant, and suitable for outdoor use — great for water bottles, laptops, and anywhere Abby might roam.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes — the stickers are weather resistant and hold up well outdoors.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us at hello@abbysmap.ch within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already been shipped.
What if my sticker arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Send us a photo of the damaged sticker at hello@abbysmap.ch and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product we don't accept returns. However if something is wrong with your order we'll always make it right — just get in touch.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes — card payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details never pass through our servers.
